Tap into Your Inner Warrior

Life can be unpredictable, and you never know when someone might attack you. Whether it’s a physical or emotional attack, it can be difficult to cope with the situation. Each of us has an inner warrior. It’s that part of us that we can tap into to fight back and protect ourselves. I’d like to share my experience of tapping into my inner warrior when attacked.

The first and most important thing to do when someone attacks you is to stay calm. It’s natural to feel angry, scared, or upset, but it’s essential not to let those emotions overtake you. Instead of panicking, take a deep breath and try to analyze the situation objectively. Assess the risk involved and plan your response accordingly.

As someone who takes a long time to heal, I always try to avoid getting hurt in a confrontation. The best defense is prevention. So, when someone attacks me, I try to protect myself by keeping my distance, using obstacles like chairs or tables as barriers, or running away. Remember, there’s nothing wrong with avoiding a fight if it will keep you safe.

When it’s impossible to escape, and the only option left is to fight, that’s when I tap into my inner warrior. I remind myself that I’m stronger and more capable than I think. I focus on my strengths and use them to my advantage. Whether it’s my physical strength, my emotional…
